Responsible gaming

AZMango is for adults 21 and older. It is information and entertainment. We take no bets and we're not paid by sportsbooks.

If gambling stops being fun

• Arizona Division of Problem Gambling: 1-800-NEXT-STEP (1-800-639-8783), free and confidential, 24/7.
• National helpline: 1-800-GAMBLER, or text 800GAM.
• Arizona's statewide self-exclusion program is run by the Arizona Department of Gaming.

Good habits

• Set a budget before the game and stick to it.
• Never chase losses.
• Remember every pick here is a probability. A 70% favorite loses 3 times in 10.
• Take breaks. Don't bet when upset or after drinking.
